Battle of the Branches - A Friendly Competition!
The Lamplighter Bar will be holding its first ever Battle of the Branches! This Honor Flight Nevada fundraiser will raise funds to help military veterans get to the war memorials in Washington, DC. Pick your favorite branch & donate to its fundraiser!
In the spirit of fun competition between the four service branches of our U.S. Armed Forces, we're asking you to support the team of your choice. Whether you're an active duty service member, veteran, family member, friend or supporter, you can help by purchasing a ticket and raise funds for Honor Flight Nevada. The branch with the most tickets will win bragging rights.
Win 1 of 8 Laser Cut Military Emblems
These United States Air Force, Army, Marine Corp, and Navy emblems are laser cut from high quality 14 Gauge Steel. Made in Santa Rosa, California by Timothy Miller, each emblem is 14 inches round and have a matte finish. We have 2 of each emblem that we will raffle off. You can see them displayed at the Lamplighter.
How Does It Work?
Help fund raise for your team by
- Purchasing a ticket, $5 each or $20 for 5 tickets.
- Share this fundraising page directly with friends and family and encourage them to donate.

All Proceeds to Honor Flight Nevada
Honor Flight Nevada is a non-profit organization dedicated to transporting as many United States military veterans as possible to see the memorials of the respective war they fought in Washington, DC, at no cost to the veterans. The cost for one veteran is approximately $3,000. Each trip includes round-trip airfare, two nights in a hotel and all meals for three days and so much more.
